Free Life Farms Mission Statement:

Our human civilization is at a crossroads.  We face many challenges: from global warming, deforestation of our agricultural lands to excessive pollution and overpopulation.  The way we conduct our lives must change to prevent our own extinction.

Free Life Farms is a three generation, family run homestead enterprise following Permaculture principles and ethics: care of the earth, care of people and returning of surplus back to the system.  Products include duck and chicken eggs as well vegetables produce and other animal products.  Everything is grown, raised and certified USDA organic by Mosa.  We strive to go beyond organic/sustainable to be truly "regenerative agriculture" . . . . following natures processes.

Free Life Farms follows a design system that is a "closed loop".  Everything is recycled from fertilizer created by chickens and ducks to collecting leaves and greass clippings for composting thereby creating new soil.  Nothing is wasted, everything is reused.  As Viktor Shamburger once said of nature: "comprehend and copy".  Following natures example we can be good stewards and partners with Gaia (mother earth).  Thereby regenerating the earth for future generations.

Mahatma Gandhi once said of a new paradigm or idea: first they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they aruge with you and then . . . you win.

"All the worlds problems can be solved in a garden".  Geoff Lawton (director of the Permaculture Persearch Institute).
